Quarter-pints Prays...

Half-pint is very energetic about saying the prayers at the dinner table, no matter who's table we're at. Tonight, Quarter-pint beat him to it. With the kind of quick enthusiasm Quarter-pint exhibited, we had to comply; so Daddy made sure Quarter-pint said the first dinner prayer: "Esus Hrist, Men" (Jesus Christ, Amen). That was it...it was adorable...he was so proud!

Quarter-pint Hiding...

Quarter-pint loves to hide. He's great at keeping quiet and still just long enough for me to wonder where he is. He hides from me at bedtime under the extra blankets in his room. He hides from Ms. A. when it's time for his speech therapy. He hides from Daddy when it's time to change his diaper. Quarter-pint thinks hiding is a wonderful and clever game. One day not too long ago, while Half-pint was at school, I went up to my room and found Quarter-pint hiding on my bed...
